Cookies are small files that websites store on your device when you visit them. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which this site uses to remember your cookie choice and the page you arrived on.
By default only strictly necessary ones are used. Analytics stays off until you accept it. The assistant and the booking calendar only load when you use them. We don’t use advertising cookies.
2.1 Strictly necessary (no consent needed)
| Name | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| rs-consent | This site | Local storage | Stores your choice about analytics cookies so the notice isn’t shown again | 12 months, or until you change it or clear your browser data |
| rs-entry-page | This site | Session storage | Remembers the first page you visited, so we know where a request to the assistant comes from | Cleared when you close the tab |
| rs-qualifier-hint-seen | This site | Session storage | Remembers that we’ve already shown you the assistant hint so it isn’t repeated | Cleared when you close the tab |
| tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3 | This site | Session storage | Remembers your scroll position on each page so going back returns you to the same spot | Deleted when you close the tab |
| __dpl | Lovable (hosting) | Cookie | Pins your browser to the published version of the site during your visit, so files from different versions don’t get mixed if an update is published. Not used for tracking | 7 days |
2.2 Services that only load when you use them
These cookies are set by the provider of the service you choose to use. They don’t load when you open the site.
| Service | Provider | When it loads | Purpose | Cookies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Site assistant | Landbot | When you press a chat option, type to it or open it | Keeping the conversation | It doesn’t store cookies or local storage in your browser from this site; the conversation is kept on Landbot’s servers |
| Booking calendar | Calendly | When you send the booking form, or choose “Book” in the assistant | Showing available times and completing the booking | Calendly manages its own cookies and asks for your consent in its calendar (“Cookie Settings”). See its privacy notice |
2.3 Analytics (needs your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to get aggregated, pseudonymised statistics on how the site is used. It only loads if you accept it. Until then the site runs in Google’s consent mode with everything denied and nothing is sent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes users by assigning a random identifier | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps the session state | 2 years |
When you first arrive you see a notice with three options: accept all, reject all or choose. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser:
And turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Rejecting analytics cookies doesn’t affect how the site works. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Google LLC and Calendly, LLC are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and, failing that, on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. More detail in the Privacy Policy.
Carlos Estrada Fonseca may change this Cookie Policy when the law requires it or when new features are added to the site. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
