In short: we only collect your data when you give it to us: when you book a conversation, when you talk to the assistant and agree that we keep your details, when you ask for your self-test result by email, or when you join the RevOS Lite list. We use it to reply to you and prepare the conversation, to send you what you asked for and, if you agree, to measure how the site is used. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

| Source | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Booking form (/book) | Name, email, company, the reason you choose and the slot you book in Calendly | Preparing and holding the 45-minute conversation |
| Site assistant (chat) | What you write and the buttons you press. If you agree that we keep your details to book: name, email, company, your answers, a summary of the conversation written by the assistant and the page you arrived on | Recommending a first step, preparing the conversation and recording your request in our CRM |
| Self-test (/self-test) | Your answers, your result and, if you ask for the result in writing, your email | Sending you the hypothesis by email and letting us know you asked for it |
| RevOS Lite list (site or assistant) | Email, language and source page | Telling you once when RevOS Lite is available |
| Whatever you write to us | Replying to you | |
| Browsing (only with consent) | Aggregated, pseudonymised usage data (pages viewed, where the visit came from, events such as starting the self-test or sending a form) | Understanding what content is read and improving the site |
You can take the self-test without giving any personal data; we only ask for your email if you want the result in writing. The same goes for the assistant: we don’t keep your contact details unless you expressly agree in the conversation.
We don’t process special categories of data. Please don’t include them in the chat or the forms.
The site’s chat is an automated assistant that uses an artificial intelligence model. It isn’t a person. It asks you a few questions, recommends a first step (for example the Revenue Diagnostic, the GTM Planner or the self-test) and, if you want, helps you book. That recommendation has no legal effect and doesn’t significantly affect you: you can always book, write to us or ignore it. Carlos personally reviews every request before the conversation.
The assistant only loads when you use it (when you press an option, type or open it). Until then it doesn’t connect to its provider.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Handling your request for a conversation, preparing it and, where relevant, drawing up a proposal (booking and assistant) | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent to keep the conversation data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Sending you the self-test result by email and letting us know you asked for it | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Telling you when RevOS Lite launches | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI) |
| Statistical analysis of site use | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Site security and preventing abuse of the forms | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Legal obligations and client management | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
We don’t send regular marketing emails or a newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
- Assistant conversations that don’t end in a request: deleted after 30 days.
- Conversation requests (booking and assistant): 12 months from the last contact, in case you want to pick it up again. Then deleted.
- Technical log of assistant submissions: deleted 30 days after it has been copied to the CRM.
- Self-test results with an email: 12 months from the request.
- RevOS Lite list: until we tell you about the launch or you withdraw your consent.
- Client data: for the duration of the contract and, afterwards, for the limitation periods that apply under commercial and tax law.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.
