RevOps Studio

How RevOps Studio turned its method into a product 720 accounts installed without promotion

720 accounts and more than 100 organisations in 23 days, with no promotion.

Starting point

Go2Rev is a method that runs with a consultant. We wanted anyone to be able to walk its first part without us: the five decisions of a go-to-market, with open questions instead of invented data. We built it in July as a free plugin for Claude, and it went into Anthropic's plugin directory on 25 September, after the directory's review.

What we built

Five steps with a checkpoint at each one, four researchers that look for cited benchmarks, and a seven-test suite that runs every answer with and without the plugin, to check the method holds when someone asks to skip it.

The first month in numbers (25 September – 17 October)

  • 804 installs from 720 accounts in more than 100 organisations, about 35 a day, and not a single uninstall.
  • Every install came from the directory page, the plugin browsers or a suggestion from Claude itself: 1 in 4 because Claude suggested it in the middle of a conversation. That's the fastest-growing source.
  • 149 accounts have already used it, 453 times, across Claude.ai, Cowork and Claude Code. 87,569 loads without an error.

Why it matters

It's the free way to start with Go2Rev. Whoever finishes it arrives at the conversation with a plan, and with a list of what that plan doesn't cover.
